Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a question about your purchase, email us and we will point you in the right direction.

If something in the app isn't working, tell us what happened and what device you're on. We'll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within a couple of days.
